Your EdenWall equipment is dysfunctional and you want to return it. Please follow the steps bellow:
- Provide yourself with the serial number available on the appliance or on your invoice.
- Dial the EdenWall Technologies Technical Support Center telephone number your received after buying the product and communicate the following information:
- Organization name and contact details
- Surname and name of the EdenWall Administrator
- Where and when you bought the product
- Detailed description of the issue
- If necessary, perform the tasks on the appliance as directed by the Technical Support Center. Depending on their diagnosis, the Technical Support Center may send you a form and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by mail.
- Fill out the form and send it by fax to EdenWall Technologies within six days.
ATTENTION :
After six days, the RMA number is no longer valid.
We will send you a replacement appliance as soon as we receive the completed form.
- Send us back the defective equipment in its original packaging or in a safe packaging at:

The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the packaging. Shipment fees and insurance fees are payable by the sender before shipment.
