Your EdenWall equipment is dysfunctional and you want to return it. Please follow the steps bellow:
  1. Provide yourself with the serial number available on the appliance or on your invoice.
  2. Dial the EdenWall Technologies Technical Support Center telephone number your received after buying the product and communicate the following information:
    • Organization name and contact details
    • Surname and name of the EdenWall Administrator
    • Where and when you bought the product
    • Detailed description of the issue
  3. If necessary, perform the tasks on the appliance as directed by the Technical Support Center. Depending on their diagnosis, the Technical Support Center may send you a form and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by mail.
  4. Fill out the form and send it by fax to EdenWall Technologies within six days.
    ATTENTION :
    After six days, the RMA number is no longer valid.

    We will send you a replacement appliance as soon as we receive the completed form.

  5. Send us back the defective equipment in its original packaging or in a safe packaging at:

    The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the packaging. Shipment fees and insurance fees are payable by the sender before shipment.
